Selling Your Cannabis
If you are using your own cannabis to make money, then you have two options: Sell it yourself or sell it through a dispensary. You can either do this by selling it directly online (eBay) or at local farmers markets. If you decide to go the route of selling cannabis through a dispensary, you may also need to obtain a license from the state and pay taxes. However, the vast majority of people choose to sell their product themselves instead of going through the hassle of dealing with dispensaries.
Working As A Dispensary Owner
Dispensaries offer a variety of positions within the company. Some of these include budtenders, store managers, cultivationists, and security. Budtenders work alongside customers and answer any questions they may have about the products offered, while store managers oversee the inventory of products and keep track of sales. Cultivationists assist growers in order to produce large amounts of high quality marijuana. Finally, security protects the dispensary from theft and other forms of damage.
I can't believe I have now had my first harvest! I did everything correctly; I was patient enough to wait until things began changing before I started pulling out. This should last me about 4 months at least. And that's what makes this all worth while - it gives me hope that I can actually do this!
The other day, I went into town and bought some food and snacks for myself along with some more seeds. This time, I will try and buy only organic food if possible. I also got a couple of packs of seeds from 2 different companies. One company has a special package where the buyer gets 5 additional seeds for free, which is nice for people like me who are trying to start their own cannabis farm. I am excited to get these seeds going and begin seeing what happens! If you haven't already guessed, the company I purchased from sells seeds that are grown using organic methods to prevent contamination with pesticides and other harmful chemicals.
As soon as I received them, I planted them. Now they are germinating and sprouting. I'm hoping to see some buds starting to appear in a few weeks!
